The DataOwn BI platform consists entirely of open source components. The code we add is there to make the parts work together, provide a better user interface and run it as a platform. If you want to leave us, you can download your data and builds and run them yourself in the open source tools of your choice. Your data transformations and dashboards keep working.
That is the essence of digital autonomy: you can continue and are therefore not locked into your current supplier. This comes on top of our offering in which your data stays fully within Dutch jurisdiction.
We are extending this for even more digital autonomy. We will also make our 'glue' between the open source components available as open source. That applies to a variant suitable for running on premise for your own organisation. It will run on Kubernetes and be suitable for HAVEN+.
