Spaces and dashboards
As a viewer you open the spaces and dashboards that BI specialists have prepared for you. In a space you find the available dashboards; open one, and you see the charts and tables that belong there. A dashboard can have several tabs — switch between them to explore other parts of the same story.
Want the exact value for a bar or a point in time? Hover over the chart and the precise figures appear. To narrow the data, use the filters at the top of the dashboard, or click a particular part of a chart — the rest of the dashboard updates with it where that is set up.
At the top right you can switch between light and dark mode, so the dashboard stays comfortable to read in any setting. You can also export charts or share a dashboard URL with a colleague.
What you cannot do as a viewer: create your own charts or tables, or explore data outside what the dashboards show. If you need a different view, ask a BI specialist to add it.
